I new instantly when I saw the bucket what I would do with it. Here it is before, with the $.25 price tag still on it. It also has the original World Market tag on the bottom for $9.99. Sweet deal!
I taped off a rectangle area in the middle and sprayed it with chalkboard paint. After a few coats, and a day of drying it was ready. Although, I haven't decided where to put it yet.
For my towels maybe? I could see this as being a good use. Here is another idea: for all my ribbon.
Hmmm.. Not quite sure yet where I will use it. Any suggestions? I think I am liking the bathroom idea, or maybe even art supplies for the kids.

Great idea...I want to do chalkboard...I just can't find the right place. This is a good idea as a starter.
I really like that bucket, especially the handles. I think all of your options are great ideas, chalkboard paint is so versatile! :)
I love chalkboard on anything. Great find on the bucket ... it looks really cute! You can have fun using it for so many things.
That's so cute! I like it as ribbon storage, just because the ribbon looks pretty cascading over the side. I've had a can of chalkboard paint sitting around for over a year now; I think you just inspired me to use it!
I love those buckets. And the chalkboard paint around the middle is perfect.
Believe it or not, I haven't done one thing with chalkboard paint!!!!

The best thing is, it's very versatile. You can use it in an office, for entertaining, and like you show, organizing. Nice deal at the sale!
