Too Bad I already made one...
like a year ago.
Looks like PB was inspired by my me this time. (ok, maybe not really,.. I am just flattering myself)
If you want to read the origonal post you can here.
Basically, I glued a bunch of pieces of cork together, and then cut out the W. Then, I glued a bunch of moss to it. Tada!
The trick to keeping it green is to keep it out of direct sun. Unlike Pottery Barns live moss letter, mine is dead.
Wish I had something pretty growing on this trellis right now. Unfortunately its snowing outside right now.
What do you think? Do you like it? Does it belong outdoors?

I seriously think PB and other retailers crawl the blogs and get "inspiration".
Your letter looks great, and it's a perfect outdoor accessory.
Thanks so much for joining my party!
Thats great. I love how you made it before Pottery Barn!
I have to agree with you and Holly! I think they do crawl the blogs for ideas. Yours was wonderful and is perfect for outside decor! The trick at our house would be keeping it green in the high temperatures we get in the summertime. But it would be perfect in the Spring and Autumn! Two of my favorite seasons! :D
Thanks for sharing it with us!

What a funny thought Holly! But, I'll bet you are right. I'll bet they do crawl the blogs for ideas.
I guess I don't feel so bad about making knock offs. :o)

That is a great idea for the spring, when the snow goes away here!
